We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@mozesdesign.com. We will provide you with return instructions and the relevant return address based on your order and location. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Made-to-order items: Every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns for wrong size selection or change of mind, except where required by law.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days with your order number and a clear photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

European Union — 14-day right of withdrawal: If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receiving the last item, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Wrong Address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
